👀 Open-Source AI in Projection Mapping
A new AI-powered projection mapping project is pushing creative boundaries—and it was made entirely without prompts.

Art Direction : Sébastien Desmedt
Ai Workflow : Stéphane PARSOIRE
Digital artist Stéphane Parsoire used ComfyUI, an open-source AI tool, to generate visual projections for Notre Dame de Paris. The project was done with a completely node-based AI workflow, meaning no text prompts were used—just control over AI processes.
🔍 Why does this matter?
No Prompts Needed – Instead of relying on text inputs, this AI workflow gives artists more control over the generation process through nodes.
Open-Source Power – Tools like ComfyUI allow creatives to build custom AI workflows rather than being limited by pre-designed AI models.
AI in Live Experiences – This project showcases how AI can be used in real-world visual storytelling, blending technology with architectural projection mapping.

💡 Comfy UI Panel Takeaways – SF Meetup Edition

Last Thursday, at the first-ever San Francisco ComfyUI Meetup, I joined Julien Durand (Midjourneyman), Paul Trillo, and the ComfyUI Team on a panel, hosted by Lovis Odin. Together, we explored the power of ComfyUI, from deep technical insights to its growing creative impact.
Here’s a quick recap of the key takeaways:
🛠️ Comfy UI: The Power User’s AI Tool
Comfy UI is not just another AI interface—it’s a powerful, node-based tool giving artists and engineers full control over image and video generation.
🔹 Comfy UI is evolving – While originally designed for power users, 2025 will focus on making it easier to use without losing advanced capabilities.
🔹 Training support is coming – Future updates will allow users to train AI models directly within Comfy UI workflows.
🔹 Growing at lightning speed – Comfy UI has surpassed 10,000 custom nodes, showing the strength of its open-source ecosystem.
🎨 AI for Artists: More Than Just Prompts
Comfy UI opens up new creative workflows beyond simple text prompts:
💡 Node-Based Workflows – Unlike other AI tools, Comfy UI allows users to build custom AI workflows with total creative control.
💡 Real-World Applications – From Notre Dame de Paris projection mapping to Hollywood-style AI animations, artists are finding new ways to push AI beyond static images.
💡 Custom Nodes = Infinite Possibilities – Developers continue to expand the ecosystem with new tools, making Comfy UI even more versatile.
💭 Final Thought
Whether you’re an artist or a developer, it’s time to explore Comfy UI. The future of AI-powered creativity is being built right now—and it’s happening in the open.

🎨 Inpainting with LetzAI
AI inpainting is taking a step forward with LetzAI’s new feature—allowing creators to embed custom models directly into their images for ultra-accurate edits.
👀 Example Experiment (Independent Test by @ai_artworkgen on X—Not an Official or Paid Endorsement)
A Louis Vuitton Tote Bag was trained into LetzAI using just 5 high-quality images with a clear description.
The AI then accurately integrated the tote into newly generated images without unpredictable “hallucinations.”
Example 1 (cont ...)
I chose the 1st (left image from above) to inpaint my model into.
I started by painting out the area I wanted to replace (making sure to give the AI enough room to work its magic).
I added the model name in the prompt box (since all I wanted to do was… x.com/i/web/status/1…

The feature lets you train a custom model on specific objects (e.g., a designer bag, product, or unique item) and then use it seamlessly in AI-generated images.
If you're in fashion, e-commerce, or branding, this means better control over AI visuals—no more generic AI outputs!
🔍 How It Works
1️⃣ Train Your Model
Upload high-quality images
Define an accurate Model Type (e.g., “Brown Louis Vuitton monogram tote bag with beige leather straps”)
2️⃣ Create Base Composition Images
Keep prompts simple and clear
Ensure your subject's pose, style, and details match what’s in your training data
Avoid prompting for things not in your dataset—AI will guess (aka “hallucinate”)

Final Thought on LetzAI:
Based on our past experimentation, this feature is definitely interesting, but it hasn’t always been 100% reliable. It works well for common-looking products, but when it comes to unique items—especially those with text or intricate details—it tends to struggle.
🚀 AI-Powered Advertising
Roger Rangel recently shared an exciting proof of concept—the first AI-generated advertisement in Morocco 🇲🇦, made using Hailuo Minimax. This AI-driven platform is making waves in lead generation and marketing automation, allowing businesses (and solo creatives!) to scale efficiently.

This project highlights a powerful shift in creative work—a one-person creative agency competing with massive marketing teams using AI. The potential is huge, but what does it take to succeed in this AI-driven creative landscape?
