How CREATIVES are using AI for COMMERCIALS!

Welcome to 2025! 🎉 Reflecting on last year, 2024 was a milestone in AI video generation. Tools like KLING AI, Runway, Luma AI, and PikaLabs have truly transformed how we create videos, making the process quicker and injecting a dose of creativity like never before. Here’s to exploring new creative horizons and discovering what AI can add to our projects this 2025!
Our Journey with AI Video Models last July 2024 to Present
We initially tested using AI video models to generate commercial videos from still images last summer, which was impressive despite some body distortions and lagging.
Here is our first test from last July 2024 featuring a girl drinking from a can using Luma AI. This showcases the early capabilities of AI video generation.
July 2024
Now using Midjourney, we applied the retexture feature to transform the still image, giving it a completely different vibe. Subsequently, we utilized Kling AI to add fluid motion to the scene, enhancing the overall smoothness and dynamism of the video clips.

AI-Generated Commercials Take Off🚀
True to our predictions, by the end of 2024, major brands such as Coca-Cola fully embraced AI, producing eye-catching commercials entirely generated by artificial intelligence.
This spec ad, not officially commissioned by Coca-Cola, explores the evolution of Christmas traditions, tracing their journey from ancient rituals to modern celebrations. The project utilized a suite of AI tools including Freepik, MiniMax, Midjourney, and Magnific AI. It was creatively crafted by the team at realdreams.io, featuring contributions from professionals like Justin Hackney, Max Larsson, and Yigit Kirca.
Following the spec ad above, here are two real commercials officially commissioned by Coca-Cola. These pieces showcase further advancements in AI video production, highlighting the brand's commitment to innovation in advertising.
