• Photo 2: Select a high-resolution headshot of yourself, facing the camera directly. This will make the face-swapping process easier and more accurate.

• Or you can use just one stylized photo of yourself for both reference image and face-swapping.

Step 2: Setting Up Midjourney

1. Create or log into your Midjourney account.

Step 3: Upload Reference Photo

1. Upload your reference photo to Discord.

2. Copy the image address (URL).

Step 4: Generate Your Self-Portrait

1. In Discord, type /image to initiate the image generation.

2. Paste the URL you copied.

3. Craft a text prompt describing your features, location, lighting setup, and camera gear. For instance, for my portrait, I did :

   • "an editorial photo of an Asian girl with long black hair, colorful dress, located in a Mongolian desert at sunset, warm color palette shot with a Canon 35mm."

4. Hit 'Enter' to generate a set of images.

5. Pick your favorite or regenerate until satisfied.

Step 5: Install InsightFace on Discord

1. Add the InsightFace bot to your Discord server.

2. To add to Discord the insightFace App, use this link: https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=1090660574196674713&permissions=274877945856&scope=bot

Step 6: Register Your Face

1. Type /saveID in Discord.

2. Upload your headshot and give it an ID name to register your face in the InsightFace bot.

Step 7: Face Swap

1. Double-click on the generated and upscaled image you liked.

2. From the selection, right-click on the InsightFace bot to automatically swap faces.

3. Review and regenerate as needed until you find the perfect match.
